Refund policy

Under Australian Consumer Law, customers are entitled to a repair, replacement or refund where goods:

- are faulty or defective
- are not of acceptable quality
- do not match the description
- are not fit for their intended purpose

If you believe a product is faulty, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us at hello@optimisehealthhub.com.au within a reasonable time of receiving the product.

Where a product is confirmed to be faulty or does not meet consumer guarantees:

- return postage will be arranged in accordance with Australian Consumer Law
- a repair, replacement or refund will be offered as appropriate

We do not offer refunds for change of mind.
