OneFit® is best taken once daily post-exercise to maximise collagen synthesis, ATP replenishment, and

electrolyte absorption.

For individuals not training daily, OneFit® may be taken in the morning to support baseline connective

tissue repair and energy metabolism.

Caution advised in individuals with pre-existing renal impairment; consider monitoring renal function with
